Job Description

About Us:
At Caldwell Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare and personalized service to every patient. Our pharmacy team plays a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication use, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Pharmacist at Caldwell Pharmacy, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide valuable guidance to our patients on the proper use of prescription and over-the-counter medications. Hours are Monday- Friday 8:30-6:00 and Saturday 8:30-12:00 on a rotating schedule. Pharmacist will work 2 or 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Manage inventory and ensure the availability of essential medications Provide immunizations and other clinical services as allowed by law Stay up-to-date with new medications, therapies, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
Valid pharmacist license in Arkansas Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Excellent communication and customer service skills Prior experience in retail or hospital pharmacy preferred
