PioneerRx The Opportunity An established independent compounding pharmacy is seeking a Managing Pharmacist with a strong business mindset to help lead and grow the pharmacy. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist who is interested in business development, leadership, and eventually ownership. The right candidate should think beyond day-to-day pharmacy operations and be excited about helping improve the business, build relationships, increase growth, and take on greater responsibility over time. Responsibilities Lead daily pharmacy operations and staff Oversee compounding, workflow, inventory, and compliance Build and maintain patient and prescriber relationships Identify opportunities to improve and grow the business Help drive operational and financial performance Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge Take an active role in the long-term development of the pharmacy Requirements Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility Strong business and entrepreneurial mindset Leadership and strong communication skills Ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations and business performance Compounding or independent pharmacy experience preferred Genuine interest in eventually becoming a business owner Future Ownership Opportunity The permanent opportunity includes benefits, PTO, and the potential to purchase a minority ownership interest, with additional ownership opportunities over time.
