FULL-TIME PHARMACIST
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and patient-focused Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring pharmaceutical accuracy, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory standards. You will have the opportunity to serve diverse patient populations across community pharmacy, long-term care, and clinical settings while making a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes. Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations. Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate medication therapy recommendations. Counsel patients regarding medication use, potential side effects, drug interactions, and adherence. Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control and medication management. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and support patient care. Administer immunizations and provide education regarding health promotion and disease prevention. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and all patient confidentiality requirements. Utilize pharmacy software systems to document patient interactions, medication histories, and clinical information accurately. Lead and support pharmacy staff by managing workflow, providing training, and promoting excellent patient service. Stay current with medication safety information, drug regulations, pharmacy laws, and healthcare compliance requirements. Qualifications Valid pharmacist license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Pharmacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient care and customer service. BLS certification required. Immunization certification/experience is preferred. Sterile compounding certification or experience is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical confidentiality requirements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. Why Join Our Team?
