Free food & snacks 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discounts Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team! As a Pharmacist, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering vaccines.
•You will also be talking with customers a lot and building strong relationships with them
•The ideal Pharmacist candidate is someone who understands the environment of an Independent vs a chain retail pharmacy, enjoys not only talking with patients but chatting with them and getting to know them, and can work wee will all staff. The pharmacist will work with the staff to take care of our patients. Hours 2 eight hour full days per week with 1 hour paid lunch. 1 half day (4-5 hours) a week. Days of the week are flexible Responsibilities Read and review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability to patient, and potential interactions Provide information to patients on side effects, dosage, specific storage needs, and interactions with other medications Actively speak with patients and provide counseling Administer vaccinations Maintain excellent patient records and pharmacy files Maintain a clean, safe work environment Qualifications Must hold a current state pharmacist license Strong customer service skills - must enjoy speaking with patients Excellent attention to detail The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed Benefits/Perks 401K with matching available Casual and Even Paced Work Environment Flexible Hours
