Job Description
We are seeking an Assembly Worker to support the production of high-quality lighting products through hands-on assembly, modification, rework, and inspection processes. This role is responsible for following work instructions, and drawings, using a variety of tools and equipment, and ensuring lighting fixtures are assembled deftly, accurately, and according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following established procedures and supervisor directions. Key Responsibilities Follows verbal instructions, diagram drawings, process specifications, and supervisor directions to accurately complete assigned assembly tasks. Assemble electrical components onto light fixtures. Uses a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble lighting fixtures. Assures product meets or exceeds company and customer expectations of quality and workmanship. Can work at various assembly stations as needed and maintain a clear safe workspace. Reads, understands and adheres to appropriate company and department policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, safe and productive workplace and quality products and customer service. Must immediately report any and all unsafe conditions and/or work related injuries/illnesses to the supervisor. Performs other duties, as assigned, to maintain efficiency throughout the company.
