HOT TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY - 7 ON / 7 OFF DAY SHIFT
We're looking for a Travel Pharmacist to support a small hospital pharmacy in Susanville, CA. Stipends available for eligible travelers Responsibilities Verify medication orders Provide patient consultations and medication information Receive medication orders and manage pharmacy inventory Perform sterile compounding and medication reconstitution Handle unit-dose medications Monitor medications for expiration Complete pharmacy audits and billing functions Follow applicable pharmacy rules and regulations Supervise pharmacy technician staff Perform other duties within scope of licensure Requirements Active California Pharmacist License in good standing Willingness to work the 7-on/7-off day-shift rotation Ability to perform sterile compounding Comfortable supervising pharmacy technicians Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and medication safety Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
