Responsibilities include:
Dispensing and managing chemotherapy medications for inpatient and outpatient oncology patients Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacologic care plans Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards related to chemotherapy administration Participating in pharmacy operations that support the oncology department
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current pharmacist licensure with a strong foundation in inpatient clinical pharmacy Experience with chemotherapy and oncology pharmacy practices preferred Completion of a PGY-1 residency or approximately two years of relevant clinical inpatient experience is highly desirable Ability to pass a competency exam related to pharmacy operations and chemotherapy Eligibility to undergo background checks and live scanning required

Four 10-hour shifts per week
