Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe, effective use of medications within a clinic setting. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for medication management, patient assessment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide top-tier pharmaceutical services. Duties Dispense medications accurately while adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards. Provide expert consultation on medication therapy,. Collaborate with the medical team. Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed based on physiology knowledge and clinical guidelines. Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication usage, potential side effects, and safety precautions. Manage medication inventories efficiently, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and managed care requirements. Stay current with medical terminology updates and advancements in pharmacy practice to enhance patient service quality. Qualifications Valid pharmacist license with current registration in the state of Colorado. Extensive clinical experience. Proven expertise in managed care practices and pharmacy residency or post-residency clinical pharmacy experience. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to pharmacology and patient assessment. Experience with medication administration protocols. Familiarity with medical terminology. Work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient service excellence. Pay:
