Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, hospitality, and industrial settings. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that spaces are welcoming, safe, and well-maintained for all occupants. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to enhance the appearance of floors. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
