Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire Lead daily operations and clinical services as a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in the Greater Atlanta, GA area. This direct hire role requires a pharmacist with extensive infusion management experience to oversee safe, home-based intravenous therapies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving branch success.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management Lead recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling of pharmacy staff Maintain strict adherence to State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes Participate in branch budgeting, workflow improvement, and strategic initiatives to boost profitability
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia 5-7 years of experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy operations and clinical management Demonstrated expertise with IV admixture services and regulatory compliance Proven leadership skills in managing pharmacy teams Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible schedule with administrative on-call duties as needed; regular pharmacist on-call duties are rotated among staff This role emphasizes a strong commitment to staff training and long-term success through comprehensive orientation and development.
