Overnight shift, approximately 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working 7 consecutive days followed by 7 days off

ASAP Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient use Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication therapies Utilize EPIC and Omnicell systems for order verification and medication management Monitor patient medication regimens, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital protocols Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare staff as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Illinois pharmacist license Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records (preferred) Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills This contract position offers rewarding work in a dynamic hospital setting with a balanced 7 on/7 off schedule.
