Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist is available starting 9/21, offering a mix of day and evening shifts with rotating weekends. This role provides hands-on experience in an inpatient setting where clinical expertise and leadership skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties, including checking and verifying medication orders Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies
Qualifications:
Active Kansas pharmacist license required at time of application submission Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the site; first-time travelers are welcome
