Scheurer Hospital Staff Pharmacist-Casual Scheurer Health, is seeking a casual clinical staff Pharmacist for the Inpatient pharmacy location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Compliance with all policies, procedures, codes, and standards Monitoring all medication orders issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers for accuracy, allergies, and interactions. Admixing intravenous medications using standard formulas and processes. Answering questions and providing information to staff and patients. Ability to work both cooperatively and independently. Maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements Candidate will be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE Licensed by the State of Michigan The individual will have experience in a hospital pharmacy or the willingness to learn.
