Long-Term Care Clinical Pharmacist | Up to $150K | Brookline, MO Up to $150,000/year | Long-Term Care Pharmacy | Non-Retail Setting Looking for a pharmacist opportunity outside of traditional retail? We're hiring a Clinical Pharmacist in Brookline, MO to join a privately owned, independently operated long-term care pharmacy supporting skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This role combines clinical pharmacy work, medication reviews, drug information, and consultant pharmacist responsibilities. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals and facility teams to help ensure residents receive safe, accurate, and appropriate medication therapy. Why You Should Apply Earn up to $150,000/year based on experience Long-term care pharmacy setting No traditional retail pharmacy environment Clinical focus with direct involvement in medication therapy and resident care Work with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities Privately owned and independently operated pharmacy Opportunity to participate in consultant pharmacist services What You'll Do Review prescription orders from physicians and other authorized prescribers Review patient medication profiles for appropriate drug, dosage, and route Identify potential drug interactions, duplications, allergies, and other medication concerns Verify prepared medication orders for accuracy Provide clinical drug information to physicians and other healthcare professionals Complete monthly medication regimen reviews for nursing facility residents Perform medication room inspections and medication pass observations as required Participate in consultant pharmacist responsibilities and facility meetings Support medication therapy management programs as needed Coordinate with pharmacy technicians involved in medication preparation, labeling, and delivery Maintain medication packaging, quality assurance, and controlled substance standards Provide on-call pharmacist coverage during pharmacy closed hours as scheduled Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with pharmacy software and electronic records Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy requirements Ability to travel up to 25% as needed If you're looking to use your pharmacist experience in a more clinically focused, long-term care environment outside of traditional retail, apply today.

•This pay range represents Covelo Direct's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
