Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Clinical Pharmacist providing expert inpatient pharmaceutical care. This contract position offers an opportunity to apply your clinical skills within a well-established hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services including medication management and clinical interventions. Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document and review patient information accurately. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience is required. Proficiency with
EPIC EMR
system preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Willingness to travel; applicants must reside at least 50 miles away as locals will not be considered. Open to first-time travelers embracing new professional challenges.
