•5:00 PM Monday-Friday schedule Job Summary Farmingdale Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPh) to join our team on a 17-week contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, ensuring patient safety, providing medication counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care. Responsibilities Accurately review and dispense prescription medications. Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions. Verify prescription accuracy and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and quality standards. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requirements Active and unrestricted Pharmacist (RPh) License in the state of Florida. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and medication management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
