Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Epic Willow Analyst for a leading healthcare client. This candidate will serve as a senior pharmacy technology expert responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Epic Willow solutions across both inpatient and ambulatory environments. The ideal consultant will partner with pharmacy leadership, clinical operations teams, and IT stakeholders to architect and implement new functionality that supports expanding pharmacy programs and patient care initiatives. This position requires a highly technical and consultative professional who can go beyond day-to-day support work, influence strategic decisions, and drive innovative pharmacy workflow solutions within a large, complex healthcare environment. The successful candidate will bring deep Epic Willow expertise, strong pharmacy operations knowledge, and a passion for improving clinical technology through thoughtful design and optimization.   • Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
  • 5-7+ years of Epic Willow experience
  • Experience supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows
  • Exposure to Epic Willow Ambulatory
  • Experience with Epic design, build, optimization, and implementation activities
  • Meds-to-Beds workflow experience
  • Experience within a health system or hospital environment
  • Academic Medical Center (AMC) experience
  • Multi-hospital health system experience
  • Reporting Suite or data analytics experience
  • Pharmacy workflow optimization experience
