Job Summary:

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. SCHEDULE 40

hrs Full Time Staggerd start time - 1230pm, 2 pm or 3 pm. They are on the time slot the entire week. No weekends, 2-3 holidays per year, no on call

REQUIREMENTS

Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience A bility to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health record Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.
