- Responsible for the overall drug therapy management of patients in specific pharmacotherapy specialty areas and the education of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy students regarding the appropriate utilization of medications. Involved in direct patient care through multidisciplinary rounding and patient monitoring.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S):- + Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required. + Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania.
