The position offers hands-on leadership in a unique, patient-centered environment consisting of a 10-bed inpatient unit and a 10-bed emergency department. The ideal candidate will have inpatient pharmacy experience and hold an active Pennsylvania pharmacy license.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active PA Pharmacist license required Experience in inpatient pharmacy practice is essential Proven ability to function as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Familiarity with Cerner order entry system and Omnicell automation is preferred Ability to work independently in a setting with no pharmacy technician support Capable of managing hospital pharmacy operations including audits and restocking

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, day shift coverage On-call duties required, though calls are infrequent Remote training provided by local PIC and Pharmacy Director No sterile compounding responsibilities involved
