We are seeking a compassionate, clinically driven, and operationally strong Patient Success Pharmacist I to support patients through education, medication management, and collaboration across our pharmacy operations teams. Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients on medications, side effects, administration, and adherence Support prescription processing and pharmacist operational activities Handle provider communication and prescription transfers Collaborate with Patient Engagement and Pharmacy Operations teams Resolve patient concerns and medication-related issues Monitor patient tasks and documentation within internal systems Participate in on-call rotations as assigned Meet productivity and quality metrics while maintaining compliance standards
Qualifications Required:
Active Georgia Pharmacist license or ability to obtain Ability to obtain Florida licensure Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy Minimum 2 years of retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy experience Strong communication, multitasking, and patient service skills
Preferred:

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$125,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you currently hold an active Pharmacist license in Georgia and/or Florida? How many years of experience do you have working in a retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy environment? This role involves high patient interaction, provider communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Please briefly describe your experience in a similar setting.
