Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate and optimize medication usage and therapeutic outcomes. Promote continual improvement within the pharmacy scope of practice. Process medication orders and prescriptions following appropriate protocols. Advise physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and patients on safe medication administration. Adhere to and support development of policies and procedures ensuring medication safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications /

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years recent pediatric clinical pharmacy experience is required. Active Tennessee pharmacist license. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
