Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations in a 300-bed regional medical center Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy as their right-hand leader Manage employee scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels Proactively address operational issues and resolve challenges as they arise Utilize Cerner pharmacy IT systems to support workflow and documentation Ensure adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a pharmacy manager or operations leader within an inpatient setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and daily operations effectively Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Cerner or similar pharmacy information systems Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
