Temp-to-hire, with flexibility on start date Key Responsibilities Act as the right hand to the Director of Pharmacy, supporting pharmacy leadership in operational management Oversee daily pharmacy activities including staff scheduling and workload management Address operational challenges and issues promptly to maintain seamless pharmacy workflow Collaborate with pharmacy staff and other departments to ensure high-quality patient care Utilize Cerner pharmacy information systems for efficient operations Desired Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in an inpatient hospital setting Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams Operational expertise in pharmacy workflows and staff scheduling Ability to handle issues proactively and efficiently Familiarity with Cerner pharmacy systems is a plus Why This Role?
