Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and compliance Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy as their principal support Manage pharmacy staff scheduling and coordinate resources effectively Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting pharmacy services promptly Utilize Cerner pharmacy IT systems for operational oversight and data management
