PM Saturday and Sunday:

7:00 AM to 8:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum leadership and management of inpatient hospital pharmacy operations including clinical, staffing, financial, and administrative duties Collaborate closely with hospital administration and interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care and compliance Oversee a diverse pharmacy team consisting of 20 total staff members across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles Ensure adherence to Joint Commission and CMS regulatory standards Foster a culture committed to community health and supporting an underserved patient population

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing (mandatory) Minimum three years of Director of Pharmacy experience in an acute care inpatient hospital setting (mandatory) At least three years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience (mandatory) PharmD degree strongly preferred Board certification and hospital pharmacy residency completion considered strong advantages Proven ability to manage a multi-level pharmacy staff including full-time, part-time, and PRN employees Background in community or safety net hospital pharmacy operations preferred
