Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review medication orders specific to long-term care patients Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management (MTM) Administer immunizations as needed Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations Participate in weekend shifts on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials PharmD preferred or equivalent pharmacy degree Immunization certification required CPR certification preferred Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy environments Strong communication and patient counseling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Some weekend shifts required 24-40 hours per week
