Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

Perform long-term care pharmacist duties ensuring safe and effective medication therapy Dispense prescription medications and counsel patients and healthcare providers Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
