Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in a specialty pharmacy setting specializing in long term care Manage medication therapy and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Administer immunizations and provide patient education Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with pharmacy standards

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

PharmD degree or equivalent Immunization Certification required CPR Certification preferred MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification is a plus Proven experience as a retail or long term care pharmacist Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills This contract position offers a unique chance to contribute to high-quality pharmacy care while working in a supportive environment.
