Closed Key Responsibilities:

Register and serve as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge with the state board of pharmacy. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations. Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including budgeting, payroll, scheduling, inventory control, and third-party administration to ensure financial viability. Lead business development initiatives within the store and local community. Supervise pharmacy support staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide training to ensure adherence to policies and patient care standards. Facilitate patient-centered programs such as immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness initiatives. Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication use, interactions, side effects, and patient progress to optimize therapy outcomes. Uphold continuous quality improvement protocols to promote patient safety and service excellence. Maintain a clean, organized workspace compliant with legal and company standards. Complete mandatory continuing education and other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid New York State Pharmacist License. Immunization Certification with comfort administering all vaccines. Preferred recent experience as a Pharmacy Manager. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
