Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with store operations teams to engage associates and communicate department and company strategies effectively. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance by performing Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance according to state and federal regulations. Drive profitability and prescription growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Manage pharmacy inventory and coordinate with district management to meet customer demand and optimize profits. Align department performance with key measurable metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide outstanding customer service, including counseling on healthcare and resolving customer inquiries. Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, directing training, coaching, and performance management. Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness to comply with regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with physicians and utilize resources to resolve prescription-related issues. Oversee pharmacy operations such as cycle counts, inventory control, and timely follow-up on will-calls.

Qualifications:
