Responsibilities Verify, prepare, and dispense prescription medications accurately and safely. Provide patient counseling on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and disease management. Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-led clinical services. Conduct drug utilization reviews to identify interactions, contraindications, and optimization opportunities. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company pharmacy regulations and policies. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, documentation, and quality controls. Manage inventory, ordering, storage, and handling of medications, including controlled substances.
