Category Pharmacy-Director of Pharmacy Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Director of Operations role is available to manage and lead a specialty home infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:

Oversee all pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with

USP 797, USP

800, and State Board of Pharmacy regulations Manage compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring services for patients in a safe and efficient manner Ensure accurate preparation and distribution of prescriptions, solutions, and medications Conduct assessment and ongoing evaluation of patients' drug therapies and plans of care Supervise the work of Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Interns Maintain security and regulatory standards related to controlled substances Collaborate with physicians and referral sources as necessary Provide drug information support to sales and clinical staff Manage hiring, training, performance management, team development, and payroll approval for direct reports Participate in on-call pharmacy coverage and other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience Current and good standing pharmacist license in Oklahoma; additional licenses as required 3-5 years of pharmacist experience, preferably with direct compounding and infusion expertise Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy or home infusion practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook CPR certification and Care Tend experience preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills with ability to train and mentor teams

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, daytime hours with administrative on-call responsibilities This role is a direct hire position, available to start as soon as possible.
