  • Pharmacy Manager Job Type Direct Hire A retail pharmacy location in Mifflinburg, PA, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time direct hire opportunity.
This role requires a strong leader to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth through clinical programs and excellent customer service.

62 hours bi-weekly 10-hour shifts: 9:00 am
  • 7:00 pm 11-hour shifts: 9:00 am
  • 8:00 pm 12-hour shifts: Either 8:00 am
  • 8:00 pm or 9:00 am
  • 9:00 pm Variable day and afternoon shifts

ASAP Responsibilities:
Maintain collaboration with store operations and communicate company strategies to pharmacy staff. Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through Drug Utilization Review and Quality Assurance. Manage pharmacy profitability by growing prescription volume and promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Track weekly sales and manage inventory to meet demand and control costs. Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, providing training, coaching, and discipline as needed. Uphold pharmacy security and handle customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty. Collaborate with physicians and use reference materials to resolve prescription issues. Keep the pharmacy clean, orderly, and compliant with standards. Prioritize daily pharmacy duties including inventory management and customer will-calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Experience in retail pharmacy management is preferred This position offers the chance to lead a pharmacy department with clear performance metrics and a focus on clinical and business growth.
