This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital's strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
3-5+ Years of experience in a leadership role within an Acute Care setting Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred Current state licensure and active certifications Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
Salary Range:
$121k - $170k
