This direct hire opportunity is based in Chandler, AZ, and offers a Monday to Friday afternoon-evening schedule, with shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM after training. Weekend rotation is required to provide exceptional service around the clock. In this key role, you will ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time by entering new and refill prescriptions with precision and efficiency. The position involves a balanced split of approximately 50% data/order entry and 50% patient, provider, and pharmacy communication. Your ability to handle phone consultations professionally and courteously is essential to support medication delivery and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
