About Korman Healthcare Korman Healthcare is an independent, family-owned long-term care (LTC) pharmacy serving 49+ skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), and hospice providers throughout Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, and Payson. We fill approximately 1,400 prescriptions per day using QS1 NRx and two SynMed XF robots. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead our data entry team and help ensure accurate, efficient pharmacy operations. This is a hands-on supervisory position, with approximately 60% team management and 40% hands-on data entry . You will report directly to the Director of Operations. Job Responsibilities Schedule, train, coach, and manage the performance of the pharmacy data entry technician team Monitor team workflow and ensure staffing needs are met Audit data entry for accuracy and identify errors before they reach the dispensing queue Coordinate patient admissions with the cycle fill calendar and STAT order workflows Build and verify patient profiles in QS1 NRx during periods of high volume or when covering team gaps Resolve incomplete or missing prescription information directly with facility nursing staff and intake coordinators Track team error rates and quality metrics Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Director of Operations in accordance with

Stay actively involved in day-to-day workflow and provide hands-on support when needed Required Qualifications Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Registration — required At least 3 years of pharmacy technician experience Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care, institutional, or specialty pharmacy Previous experience supervising or training pharmacy technicians Familiarity with QS1 NRx or a comparable pharmacy management system Working knowledge of: Long-term care pharmacy admissions Cycle fill processes Medicare Part D Managed Medicaid Ability to work full-time, on-site in Chandler, AZ This position is not remote or hybrid Preferred Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification through PTCB or ExCPT Previous lead or supervisory experience in an LTC pharmacy Experience with DocuTrack Experience with SynMed XF Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation & Benefits Starting at $31+/hour , based on LTC supervisory experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Work with an independent, family-owned pharmacy where decisions are made efficiently Modern pharmacy technology, including QS1 NRx, SynMed XF, DocuTrack, and Dispatch Science Why Join Korman Healthcare?
