Schedule:

9:00 am

• 5:30 pm CST What You'll Do Support Patients
• Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries. Keep Things Moving
• Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice). Be the Connection
• Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care. Deliver Service
• Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do. Stay Sharp
• Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.
