Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours may expand in the future as our pharmacy continues to grow. About Us InnovaRx is a rapidly growing independent pharmacy specializing in retail, specialty medications, long-term care, medication synchronization, and patient-centered care. Our workflow is technology-driven and differs from a traditional retail pharmacy. We utilize automation and robotics to improve efficiency while allowing our team to focus on providing exceptional service to our patients. We are currently seeking two motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join our growing team. No previous pharmacy experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate and will assist with obtaining your New Jersey Pharmacy Technician Registration . Spanish or Russian language skills are strongly preferred , but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and fulfillment Answer patient phone calls and provide outstanding customer service Help patients navigate medication questions and pharmacy services Prepare prescriptions for shipping, mailing, and local delivery Operate pharmacy automation equipment and robotic prescription filling systems Receive and organize inventory Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with prescribers, insurance companies, and patients when needed Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned
