Bilingual Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) PeopleFirst Pharmacy is looking for a self-driven and motivated Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) who can quickly type prescriptions, answer phones in a friendly and helpful manner, and assist with other duties with minimum supervision. Candidate must be bilingual with English and Spanish. Must have at least 1 year of retail experience. Non-sterile compounding experience is a plus, but not required. The position is Full-time 10:30 am - 7pm Monday thru Friday

JOB DUTIES

Typing new prescriptions, adjudicating claims, processing refills Solving insurance claims problems, prior authorizations, etc. Providing superior customer service and helpful/friendly attitude on phone calls Filling and packing prescriptions Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director

REQUIREMENTS

1 year or greater experience typing prescriptions quickly and efficiently 1 year retail experience Ability to work independently and be a self starter Excellent phone skills Excellent problem solving Certified Pharmacy Tech License (TSBP) in good standing Pharmacy Certification Technician Board (PTCB)

Pay Rate:

$20+ per hour
