Phlebotomist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join their team. The primary responsibilities include drawing blood from patients of all ages in a high-volume clinic, managing patient demographic information, and providing excellent customer service. This role demands proficiency in working with computerized laboratory systems. Key Responsibilities Draw blood from a variety of patients in a high-volume setting. Handle up to 30 or more patients daily. Deliver exceptional customer service to each patient. Manage and maintain patient demographic information within a computerized system. Complete all paperwork, order entry, insurance updates, and processing individually in one room. Qualifications 1+ year Phlebotomy experience in IOP, PSC, Hospital, or Mobile setting required. Pediatrics or geriatrics experience is a plus. Phlebotomy diploma/certification preferred. Skills Technical proficiency with computer systems and laboratory software. Strong communication and customer service skills. Fluency in Italian. Additional Requirements Must be comfortable navigating different computer programs.
