In this vital role, you will provide on-site blood collection services directly at patients' locations, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for each individual. Your expertise in specimen collection, patient care, and laboratory procedures will help facilitate accurate diagnostics and contribute to improved health outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives through convenient, high-quality service. Duties Travel to various patient locations to perform blood sampling and specimen collection with professionalism and compassion Obtain accurate patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate Apply aseptic techniques during venipuncture and blood sampling to ensure safety and specimen integrity Properly label, process, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, patient information, and sample tracking Educate patients about the blood collection process, addressing questions and alleviating concerns Adhere strictly to laboratory procedures, safety standards, and infection control protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and blood sampling techniques Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and clinical laboratory practices Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology fundamentals Previous hospital or healthcare facility experience is highly desirable Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work independently in various environments while maintaining attention to detail Valid certification in phlebotomy or related laboratory techniques preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates Join us as a Mobile Phlebotomist and become an essential part of a team committed to delivering accessible healthcare services.
