At NMC Health, were committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community. We are currently hiring a Phlebotomist Technician Full Time to support our Laboratory Department. In this role, you will play an important part in patient care by collecting and processing specimens, managing lab requests, and assisting with ECG duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and process specimens for lab testing Perform order entry in the lab computer system Verify medical necessity and handle incoming calls Process lab requisitions and expedite specimen delivery Support ECG procedures and maintain files Provide excellent service to patients and clinical teams

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

6-12 months in phlebotomy preferred

Training:

Phlebotomy training or willingness to be trained on the job

Skills:

Basic computer knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with lab or hospital systems is a plus

Certification:
