Hourly[HR] Pay Rate $17.21/hr Responsibilities Monitor and proctor Brookdale placement exam, Accuplacer and TEAS assessment. Monitor and proctor Brookdale Community College Course Tests via the Computer or Paper and Pencil. Monitor of CLEP, DSST, MAT, Career Testing (Meyers Briggs, Strong, etc.) PARA Pro, Praxis, Pearson Vue, Certiport exams and or assessment on the computer. Intake of Brookdale CC students and Community Members. Greet students/community members in office and assist them with information and test registration. Answer phone and provide testing information by email if necessary. Other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the Manager of Testing Services.
Qualifications Education:
High School graduation; or an equivalent.
Experience:
Related experience is desirable.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with the demonstrated ability to utilize and apply Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as specialized software programs and computer applications. Ability to pass 'test administrator' exams and maintain certifications as necessary. Ability to learn and apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations that are essential to the position. Application Documents Resume Pay Rate $17.21/hr
