Every day you will identify patients, explain procedures, proficiently perform venipunctures, and accurately label/prepare specimens for laboratory analysis, adhering to safety protocols. To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills for accurate diagnostics and patient satisfaction. Practices positive patient identification at all times, in all job functions. Practices HumanKindness and courtesy with all patient and co-worker interactions.
