Job Summary:
We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to provide exceptional patient service and perform accurate blood specimen collection and processing. The ideal candidate will have strong phlebotomy and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and collect clinical and forensic specimens safely and accurately. Provide a professional, welcoming experience for patients. Process specimens and maintain accurate records and documentation. Follow established safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures. Complete daily activities accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Demonstrate strong teamwork and organizational commitment.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of work experience Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Keyboard and data-entry experience required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to provide accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
