Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist - IV Experience Required Cameron Wellness & Spa is looking for an experienced, compassionate Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist who is highly proficient and confident starting IVs to join our team. We are an established naturopathic and IV infusion clinic providing integrative and wellness treatments in a warm, patient-focused environment.

IV EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Applicants must have hands-on experience starting IVs and be able to perform IV starts confidently and independently on a variety of patients. IV and phlebotomy skills will be assessed during the interview process. Responsibilities Confidently and proficiently start IVs on a variety of patients Perform blood draws and other phlebotomy procedures Prepare and administer IV infusions as directed by the provider Monitor patients during IV therapy Collect, label, and process blood specimens Take vital signs and assist providers with patient care and procedures Prepare, clean, and stock treatment and IV rooms Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection-control and safety protocols Provide warm, professional, and attentive patient care Educate patients about clinic services, treatment packages, and retail products Assist with package and retail sales Work collaboratively with providers and team members to keep the clinic running efficiently Qualifications Proven experience and proficiency starting IVs —

REQUIRED

Strong phlebotomy skills Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy training and certification preferred Previous experience in an IV infusion, medical, wellness, or similar clinical setting preferred Excellent patient-care and communication skills Comfortable discussing services and treatment packages with patients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment Familiarity with electronic health records and medical software Dependable, professional, compassionate, and team-oriented Schedule & Compensation This position is part-time with the potential to grow into full-time. Two Saturdays per month are required. Base pay is $20-$25/hour, depending on experience and IV proficiency , with commission opportunities bringing earning potential to approximately $30/hour .
