All Care Therapies is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for PTs looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or the ability to build a schedule around their existing commitments . You'll care for an engaging mix of patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with talented multidisciplinary clinicians—all in an environment designed to support you as a professional and a human being. What You'll Do Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter Why Join Us?
