13 weeks VibrantCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team in Citrus Heights, California. The clinician will provide patient-centered therapy services while working closely with the rehabilitation team to develop and deliver effective treatment plans. Outpatient experience is preferred , and candidates must have an active California PT license . The position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, primarily 8:00 AM-5:00 PM , with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Clinicians treat an average of 14 patients per day and will be responsible for evaluating patients, providing appropriate therapeutic interventions, documenting care, and monitoring progress toward functional goals.
