$60/hr Peninsula Ambulatory Medical Services (PAMS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized, evidence-based care to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, recover from injuries, and achieve their functional goals. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting Knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols for common injuries and conditions Certification in specialized areas, such as orthopedics, pain management, or sports physical therapy What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Professional development opportunities Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a résumé outlining their education, licensure, and relevant experience.
